My 11 month old Garmin Forerunner had a watch band issue so I phoned the Australia division last Wednesday and they said send it back... I expressed it to them on Thursday so they would get it Friday... They said it would be 7 - 10 days... Today is Tuesday a courier knocked at my door asked my name and left me a package... I wasn't expecting anything so when I opened it I was surprised there was my replacement... Woo hoo...
