More Fungi and Another Snake

We did another long walk to remote parts of the farm.
There was lots of interesting fungi so I've included two types for Tiny Tuesday. Thanks Jen.

We also met a black snake head on. He didn't seem too fussed and posed for a few photos before slithering off.
An hour or so later Helen and Omar saw another one.
We usually see more early in the season, around September, but they have been later this year and I've come across more than usual. I don't mind as long as they aren't near the house.
They are poisonous but not nearly as dangerous as some others. Apparently there are no confirmed deaths from black snake bites although they can make you quite ill and do require medical attention.
