Wild violets

Stepping up to the wildflower challenge, I did a walk to the shops with a long detour through the forest. All the flowers looking a bit sad after the cold night and sprinkling of snow. These violets seemed happy enough sheltering in the dry beech leaves.
My new work laptop arrived in the post, my nicely ordered workspace is now devastated!
