On golden pond.

Thank you for your encouragement re my visits to the park. I do feel better about it now. It is only just on a mile to the park, and now with the roads being so much quieter it is a really safe ride there and back. 
This morning I watched the goslings for a while - they are growing up fast and becoming quite cheeky, not frightened by me at all. My extra is a close up of their dad giving me the eye.
There was not much of a sunrise, but as the sun rose in the sky I spotted the swan in a shaft of light across the pond, and the sky was quite golden for a very short while.
