De-skilled

I used to make bread all the time. But then I stopped eating it and so, stopped baking it. But in these different times, it was time to clean out the bread tins. Since I had no yeast, I painstakingly made a sourdough starter yeast over 4 days. Then I kneaded and kneaded the flour- I remembered it was hard work-- but it just wouldn't rise, and I ended up with 2 biscuits.
