Time to move??????

We've been in the flat for over a month now, and we noticed damp down two walls in the bedroom and in the kitchen at least 3 weeks ago, anyways cutting a long story short the plumber that put in our bath and the one in the flat above was a cowboy and both leaked. BUT that was over three weeks ago and the walls are still damp and now actually growing mould on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The landlord said he'd got a new plumber in weeks ago and stopped the leak from upstairs and then today after we made him come look at it and see the mould again he realised they hadn't stopped the leak.

So I came home to find a panel out of the ceiling in the kitchen as they couldn't get to it from the floor above. And a de-humidifier is coming after the weekend.

Going for a walk to calm down I couldn't help but notice all these signs and wondering time to move????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Nightmare.
