Bye bye George

A carrot on the ground marks the beginning of the end for George the snowman,not surprising as the temperature's risen nine degrees since yesterday. It's good to see green grass again,even though the snow was only on the ground for a week. With luck there won't be any more this winter,particularly since parts of the country have had much heavier snowfalls than where I am.
