Repetition Abstract

The theme this week is repetition.  The original picture was a Coat of Arms but in order to escape the wrath of the Lord Lyon I made sure it was changed significantly.

I had a major victory late yesterday getting through to BA for a refund. You may have read that they (with several other airlines) had made it virtually impossible to claim a refund with lots of people just accepting vouchers instead - some of them doing it by mistake.  But I found a sneaky way of getting through and a very nice agent working from home was able to process my refund.  I really hope he isn't one of the 36,000 staff being temporarily laid off.
