Vishnu

Last stop in Da Nang: a museum holding some of the carvings of an early cultural group in the area.  They were Hindu, not Buddhist and many of their carvings depict Hindu deities.  This one is supposed to represent Vishnu or, as they labeled it, "Visnu".
