Better day

Hit feeling much better today so back to exercising in the garden then yoga indoors, not easy when Hetty thinks it’s fun to join in.
Spoke to my sister today, her husband has the government letter to shield and still they can’t get a food delivery. Fortunately they have three daughters that live in the nearby town so being looked after.
Had very little communication from my daughter in the last couple of days, but she says she is fine so need to try and stress less over her.
Garden was a lovely place to be today and the children a few door away have a tent in their garden and I could hear the laughing and having fun, which was nice.
