Holly Blue Butterfly

I have never seen one in my garden before. A few years ago they were badly effected by a wasp parasitizing the larvae, which caused a dramatic crash in numbers, so it was good to see it today. It is very small, its wing span is for both male and female is 35mm

I have added an extra, as the tulips have been looking to lovely.
