Thumbprint Cookies

Made these delicious little cookies this afternoon.

Yesterday we emailed an order to our local garden centre/farm shop. They phoned today to confirm what we wanted, what they had and took payment. A time (15 minute time slot) was arranged for Hubby to collect and it was left outside for him. Excellent!

Today’s we have been  eating what is going out of date and what is already out of date. Don’t think we have ever eaten so much out of date food.
