A very pleasant surprise!

Our post is running a bit late these days due to several posties being socially distancing. So it was such a surprise when, mid afternoon, a letter dropped onto our mat. Our Blip friends Trevor and Ros down in Cockermouth had sent a two page spread from a newspaper of the Kelpies. Our local council has advised us all to stay clear so we have not been for a walk round in about three weeks. Thank you Trevor and Ros, that was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
A good day with sun and heat is forecast for tomorrow but it doesn’t look like it at the moment. If that sun shines, it will be a real trial staying in tomorrow!
