Keeping busy

I have spent most of the day in the kitchen keeping busy and distracted but as the freezer is now overloaded I'll need to start something else to pass the time.  I'm finding it hard to settle to this new lifestyle, I'm sure lots of you are too. This is a lovely gluten free German apple cake, I also made bolognese X 2 and old fashioned mince and tatties X 2, and some gluten free cheese scones and fruit scones.
