Autumn Leaf 3

I have promised myself not to enhance colour on these leaf capturing jaunts, although I occasionally boost detail here and there. With the sun behind them, it is quite extraordinary what shades and tones nature manages quite unaided. I am also avoiding any brightness increases to compensate for the dreaded white pages. I have seen SO many blips overheated in an effort to overcome the pupil constricting glare - most especially my own. No more.

This morning was frustrating at times. The wind arose in gusts. The subjects wouldn't sit still for me.
