Fosterianna Purisima

One of my favourite tulips.
Day didn’t get off to the best of starts but all good now.
I was looking out at the garden just about sunrise and the light was beautiful so l went out with my camera for a few minutes.
The tulips were tightly closed but as the day moved on they have opened up considerably and l took some more photographs.
Now merged them into a collage.

Our friend Nick dropped over some essential shopping for us and also left some just picked purple sprouting broccoli from his allotment.
Yesterday we were have asked to sign up to the online government register  because Mr P is on the extremely clinical vulnerable list that needs shielding.
They asked if they could deliver food to us but we have said no as we have family and friends more than willing to help us.
l don’t have enough jobs and errands to share out among all those that want to help us, that is is very gratifying and humbling.
Many on the list will be on their own and are not as fortunate, l cannot image how they are feeling both mentally and physically.

Do hope people have stayed at home today, we are all in this together and the chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link.

Thank you for the stars and hearts.
