Normally, before the lockdown, this layby Kitchen would have had plenty of customers from Wagon Drivers on their breaks to car occupants on their way through Birkby, where the layby is situated. This has remained closed for a while now, which is a pity really because wagon drivers are key workers and need somewhere for a break and refreshments.
