Rustle Up - Two nights only

We were lucky enough to go to one of two nights' Pop up restaurant at a flat overlooking the water at Western Harbour.

This is just one course out of 6 cooked by Russell and Greg, two young chefs based in Edinburgh. It's celeriac, roasted hazelnuts, Alexanders and Pickled celery. The dish was perfectly executed with a superb flavours and textures.
