Meeting Daisy. Lockdown day 7

The absolutely stunning Baby Love. Our gorgeous niece finally came home today. Having come out of the NICU yesterday she is doing really well. It took a long time to get them home today, lots of checks from the docs but finally Mum and baby gothome for 6pm. We had to keep Kiera happy while Dad went out to collect them. So we treated Kiera to a dinner in the loft room, as a special treat. That way, Mum and Dad could get in the house and settle in with Baby, then Mum came up to get greet Kiera. After all of Kiera's routine having been taken away due to all that's going on then to have spent more time away from Mum than ever before, it was nice for them to have a mini reunion first. Mum then took Kiera down to the living room to meet her new baby sister in a the way Mum wanted. 

After a short while we went down to meet her. Baby love is beautiful and TINY. This is a snap of Auntie Lb and Babies first hug. 

It was a great end to a long day trying to keep Kiera entertained. She was very clingy with Dad but did him a short break while we went out to the garden to play on her slide. 

We let them have some family of four time and went to do a weekly shop. When we got him Kiera was sleeping and we had the best feast, full of carbs from M&S to celebrate Mum and Baby Love's return!
