Sheltering from the wind

Very windy this morning ..... not good for my camellia ..... petals fallen on the earth .... such a shame .... so I removed many of the the flower heads that were showing the brown tinges and beginning to wither. There are still plenty of buds but the flowering time is not nearly long enough.

I spent part of the afternoon having lengthy chats on the phone .... messaging and texting is fine but I do like to have a real conversation with folk.
