Anticlockwise

There are probably about three walking routes in and around our large(ish) village, that makes six routes if you count the reverse direction.  Today we went anticlockwise around Dennis Green – Waresley Road, Cinques Road, the track and Dennis Green to West Road.  On the back straight (as it were) there is a cluster of mobile homes made into a sort of hamlet which looks like a very pleasant community.  There used to be a pair of big black dogs which enjoyed the race from one bark-point, around the back of a barn and a house to the second bark-point, but they're gone.

And opposite both bark-points is this pair of railway carriage huts; with the sun glistening off the budding leaves and the grass looking pleasantly green, this was a fine place to feel the breeze and the sun and to see someone grooming their horse.

Extra: crab apple blossom, we think . . .
