Liquorice

Our lovely friends came over for dinner this evening and brought some gorgeous Swedish liquorice for me (well, T may get to try some if he behaves). The box contained both sweet and salty liquorice - my favourite!

Dinner had a bit of an Indian theme with the main course from the Cinnamon Club cookbook. I have never dared try any of the recipes in that book before but the flavours in the monk fish dish we had were lovely (if I may say so). Perhaps I will try their fish curry next week.
