Day 13 of the New Zealand Nationwide Lock Down.Some very nice light briefly first thing this morning, lovely sunshine and then around mid day it started to change and the afternoon turned quite windy and cold. The Civic Administration Building is closed with a large number of staff working from home or otherwise. With Easter Weekend approaching I will think a large number of local travelers will get turned around before leaving town and sent home to the Naughty Step.
