Snail

Up early again this morning and out with the camera.  Went over the common and then round the field back home, only saw the usual couple with their 2 dogs.
 
Took the blip on the common, they have planted lots of daffodil bulbs and it looks a picture.  This daff however was on one of the small paths and it was a bit dark. Stretching it a bit for the theme but daffodils are Easter flowers!! Took lots of photos again and just as I was coming out of the common I could see 2 blackbirds plus another, walked up slowly and it turned around.  To my delight it was a thrush, long time since I've seen one of them.  Managed to get this shot before it flew.

Had breakfast, made phone calls and did some housework, spent some time in the garden and made some scones.
