Textures.

Out for a walk this morning...the road is muddy, the snow is dirty and there is absolutely no signs of spring...but it's amazing what you can see when you start looking in different places!   Like this lovely piece of texture on one of the trees....i love the colours, the textures etc.   So i guess the lesson is 'look around'.

nothing much else to report.   Oh a couple of friends dropped by with a small gift for me...a bottle of gin and some tonic....i love friends that know you well enough to get just the right present.   So we exchanged that for some birthday cake for them to take home!
