The Constancy of the Moon

I see I'm a bit late to the party with yet another moon shot, but I am also struck by how many people have gone to the trouble of going outside in the middle of the night to take a picture of it.

In an uncertain time
when there are many questions
and no answers.
We have only to look up
And the moon is there.
It is there every night.
Dependable, 
it shines on all of us
Reminding us that we share
the earth and the heavens.
We are all in this together
as surely as the moon rises
Every night.
And gives us hope.
Every night.

 Stay inside, stay well, stay safe and every once in awhile, look up!
