It’s Thursday

So it must be pizza.

After baking a chocolate cake, we set about making pizza dough.

The finished pies looked good, haggis and mushroom and salami pies to be precise.

The toppings were great but the bases, well a bit soggy to be honest.

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

At least we have a lot of time on our hands, our lockdown has now been extended until for a further two weeks until the end of April.

Let’s hope it has the effect it needs to stop this nightmare.
