Glitter

We walked early this morning before the sun became too warm. It was a 10.1 metre high tide today and this was about an hour before. Another very hazy day. The sea was glittering and the horizon was golden. The extra is the town seafront which is an hour off high water. The reflections were beautiful.
We came home and set about sorting out the garage and the shed. Basically moving things between the different storage spaces. The huge rubbish bag is gradually filling too. Then we carried on with some gardening. Some of the decking area behind the house needs to be reclaimed as the climbing plants have grown so large. The summerhouse also needs a coat of paint and so there is another job lined up. Gardens are good this year as they keep you very busy whilst staying at home.

We charged the electric bikes and cleaned them ready for use. We didn't use them last year. Hopefully this year we will be able to. The roads here are virtually empty in this part of Guernsey, apart from people out on bikes, so it might be another way to take the allotted two hours exercise.

Miss T is planning to cook us a speciality pasta for supper which will be a welcome treat. :) We are feeling very grateful!
Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.
