Sourdough French couronne

Various Blippers are now making rather enviable sourdough loaves, so I thought I would have a go too. I started some days ago by making the ‘chef’, and then refreshed it twice. It seemed nice and lively this morning so I baked it!
I think the dough was slightly too wet but other than that it’s not bad for a first attempt. I have got some starter kept back in the fridge for next week!
The flavour was very good, certainly reminiscent of French loaves and as you can see we enjoyed it with a little glass of wine, as you do when confined to quarters!
