Chicken Chorizo & Rice

Yesterday I dropped off some shopping to a friend of mine, and in return she gave me a tin of mini carrot cakes plus a container of chicken chorizo and rice, which went down very well at dinner time. This Covid-19 virus is certainly helping to strengthen existing bonds of friendship, as well as enabling us to make new friends. Stay safe everyone.
