More daily exercise....

... including more looking up in the trees.

Spotted this blue tit and, in the extra, a house sparrow.

My blips are getting a bit repetitive - but I still find it easier to spot small creatures in the trees, than to read and write - still without new glasses! I'm resigned to the fact that these are unlikely to be available until at least the middle of next week.
