The swan caught me unawares as he swam past me this afternoon.  Just past me and without warning he stood up and started flapping his wings.  He was just a few feet from me and it was a privilege to see, but as the sun was bright on the water there was a lot of glare and with no time to change settings I've converted it to mono.
