RATATOUILLE

Am lucky to have brilliant neighbours - found this ratatouille before my door this evening. Can tell you it's as delicious as it looks.

J & R who live above me & pian(issim)o through the ceiling went shopping for me today - they got jars of marmalade - I got shopping & ratatouille...

Good deal - they bought me limes which will soon be marmaladed...

And so it goes!
