Rosemary

I moved a rosemary plant this morning - for the second time in two days since I wasn’t convinced its first new home was appropriate. Then off to move another one to put next to it. Only it turns out that the big rosemary bush in the veg garden is actually six smaller ones that have grown together. So a hurried decision on where to put the other five has resulted in a hastily dug rosemary hedge.

More planting and then a salad lunch made by Mr B (he’s like a new man!) After lunch, he and CarbBoy put some planks up in the veg garden, and I gardened too much in the hot sun and had to have a little sit down to recover.

Indoor jobs after that: baking a chocolate cake and some hot cross cinnamon buns (I’m the only one who likes hot cross buns). Dinner was rosemary lamb kebabs - delicious.
