So I decided this morning to not look at any news for the whole day, so no internet apart from blip, no twitter, no radio or TV news, no political podcasts etc. . It is now 8pm and I do feel better for it, less upset and angry in any case. Here's my 2 bestest buddies in the vineyards this morning.
