Another colleague was notified lay out in the end of this month. As the team's sales support, I told her to earn some respect before she goes. With tears in my eyes, I couldn't speak but just hold her close. She closed a deal today. I know she tried to prove to the boss she could sell. Again, she thinks I helped. Actually I think the boss helped, even just telling her to leave. The billing is USD 14,600. She thanks me for supporting her and gave me a little gift. I claimed I only helped her with paperwork. I am glad we got sweet memory before we apart.
