Another Day, Another Spaceship

Another in my series of Gerry Anderson vehicle paintings. Today, it's the S.H.A.D.O. Interceptor from U.F.O. Like yesterday's Angel Transporter, another "must have" toy back in the day. I had a Dinky Toy of this. I loved it! I also remember thinking that Ed Bishop as Colonel Ed Straker was just the coolest guy!  I met him many years later; a true gentleman.

As with pretty much every Gerry Anderson show, Barry Gray produced another knockout soundtrack for U.F.O. Let's hear it.
