Peacock Butterfly

A two hour walk this afternoon taking in the coastal path eastwards. Turning inwards across an empty golf course, we spotted this peacock butterfly sampling the nectar from a rogue Spanish bluebell. We did see some English bluebells as well. It has been very windy today but we had the wind behind us on the coastal path. The few people we met all stopped to give us a wide berth. My first tomato seeds planted on 25th March have just one showing today.
