Pretty fabrics

Spent much of the weekend making masks for my daughters, my cousin, and my friend and I think I've had my fill!! But I have to thank my mother for this effort. Although she's been gone for eight years, she continues to help me.

While I have a big fabric stash from quilting, I have a bunch of things like elastics, binding tape, from her sewing box. And I learned to sew when I was about five because she was a seamstress and she started teaching me very young. So I still have her in my mind and heart whenever I sew.
