Police in the park

I went to the local park to see Hanami south Manchester style ( extra) but on the way saw the police cruising round the lake looking for lockdown miscreants. All perfectly reasonable to enforce social distancing and irresponsible behaviour but I can’t help feeling uncomfortable about intimations of a nascent police state backed by draconian legislation that will last at least two years. Funny how Governments introduce laws to inhibit our freedoms and somehow forget to remove them.. As you can see the streets of Fallowfield on an Easter Sunday we’re pretty deserted.
