Wisteria

"die Glyzine" in German.  Now that magnolias have shed their prettiness, it's the turn of the wisteria to be pretty for a couple of weeks.

Someone has stolen a good deal of heat from the weather - it's a pretty chilly 10°C out there.  That's quite a come down from 26°C on Saturday.

My feelings of detachment for the past few days peaked this lunchtime into almost a panic attack.  I decided to be nice to me and stopped working around 12:30.  And given I started today at a quarter to 6, I won't lose much time.
