Dandelions and Wasserflue

Today I got out on a really nice 14 km hike on the local Jura mountain range. Mr S had to go to do something at work in Aarau, so he drove over the Staffelegg, dropped me off, a really nice spot to start the hike. I went around the Herzberg and over to Benkerjoch, then up the Wasserflue, seen in the Blip with the large mast on top. It's 843m, quite a few people around, many e-mountainbikes. Even some families having a barbeque in the tinder dry forest. It was a lovely mixture of limestone ridges and forests. So many trees were out in flower, and the meadows filled with wild flowers. I walked back down into Aarau, then got a lift home. All in all a lovely day out.
