It’s all about the pie

The last few weeks we have focussed on one shopping trip a week and using up the fresh ingredients with the store cupboard ones - so today my 13 year old made this rather splendid bacon and egg pie and a banana loaf. We have portioned it out, some has gone to my neice and her hubby tonight, and we will drop some off at mums doorstep tomorrow and we will have some for tea ... if anything has been learned in these weeks for us it’s about making the most of what we have and sharing what we have - stay safe
