Twitching away

Today’s blip is from one of the hides at Levenhall Links bird reserve.

Now, there were loads of birds there, but not being an ornithologist, I had no idea what they were. That said, I have been reliably informed that species there  include wading birds such as bar-tailed godwit, dunlin, redshank, and lapwing, together with duck, widgeon, gulls and tern.

It’s been a beautiful day, shame we can’t move around further, but best to be safe.

I hope you have had a good day.
