The government have made allowances for people with autism and their carers to travel to a quiet place for exercise. With Alice's diagnosis letter safely in her pocket, I took her to the beach early this morning. We had plenty of space to ourselves, just as she needed.

This afternoon I varnished my barge art panel and painted the fence and gate. Martin, Alice and Chris all did a bit too.
