Say what?

This afternoon dear Angie announced that although there would be slight relaxation in the current corona restrictions, the majority would stay in force for another 2 weeks (when it would all be reconsidered again) and the schools would also stay shut till then. 
Fine.
Except no. 
All of a sudden our state decides to play its Bayern card and go against Ang.  Year 12s are expected back on Monday...whether Amin Laschet ('head' of the state) gets away with that remains to be seen.
Little miss bossy is not a happy bunny.
