SORRY S!

The best thing about today. Though the roads are quiet which is such a treat; and we can hear the birds sing, Blackcap, Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Bullfinch, Woodpecker, our resident noisy Pheasant, plus all the usual birds in the garden, as well as the female Sparrowhawk which I have seen off twice today. It will catch some other poor bird for its tea somewhere though..

I can think the only good thing we are experiencing through this dreadful time is the loud and natural sound of nature within this enforced but welcome silence.
