This was a better day for a few reasons. Saturday and Sunday were gloriously warm which meant that a lot of people were out, so we stayed in. Today was bright and cooler and there were far fewer people around so we went out. It was great to do a long-ish walk. It made me realise how much I miss my commute to work.

We walked along Cable Street and saw the mural commemorating the battle against Mosley’s fascists. That reminded me of a great night in February seeing The Young ‘Uns sing The Ballad of Johnny Longstaff. No Pasarán!

We had a lovely night in and Tim made the most delicious meal. Thank you Tim.
