LOOK UP - ABSTRACT THURSDAY

A beautiful day - I decided to ride to North Mole and return for a swim at North Fremantle.  North Mole was quiet and the water at North Freo was delightful, see in extras.  
I met up with my friend Marie this afternoon for a distant, isolated chat in the fresh air.  It was lovely to catch up in person - I could have telephoned but you can't beat the fresh air.
