Bluetit contemplates taking a bath

but decides against it - much colder today and rain came but not enough of it.  I wouldn't have said that a few months ago!
The bird bath was the lid covering my downstairs loo.  It seemed to be similar to a caravan roof window which allowed air to whistle underneath  but was swiftly replaced by a less drafty covering of glass soon after I moved in.
